Heart Hand Knit Wreath

Hand knit your own heart wreath! We provide you with a wire frame, chunky acrylic yarn (in a choice of colours), and some fairy lights, for you to make a lovely heart shaped wreath. Measuring approximately 45cm diameter, your wreath will be perfect to stand on a mantlepiece or hang on the wall.
